Rob Young, born in Sanford, NC has literally been singing since birth. At the mere age of five, he joined his church's youth choir where he learned the basics of vocal technique and voice control. However, gospel music wasn't the only genre to influence young Rob. He was exposed to an eclectic mix of artists thanks to his father's incredible vinyl record collection. Rob's blend of Soul/R&B infused with Hip-Hop and Folk can be attributed to his childhood influences and is a brand of music that is sure to have you listening, thinking, dancing, bobbing your head and singing along. Once you hear his soul heavy production and arrangements along with his dynamic range and lush harmonies (which he sings all voices) you will truly know that Rob Young's time is now!
