How this all began...

I started this back in 2006 it was an idea I came up with when I was specially invited to the first remix competition that the band Celldweller was holding. I was an avid listener and fan of Klayton's work and I discovered them thought the game FFR(Flash Flash Revolution) which is basically a fingered-controlled version of DDR(Dance Dance Revolution) which I used to play a lot(haven't played in a while cause the only machine to play on is in North Charleston) Anyways I had this idea to become a part time techno/trance artist after I submitted some songs to the remix competition...unfortunately none of my songs got picked for the finals of that particular competition but it didn't crush my passion for wanting to create more music of my own so that's what I did. I began creating sounds, beats, bells, whistles, voice clip, and mods all with a keyboard/synth, an electric guitar, and of course my voice. Over the years I've thrown together a lot of different projects most of them just started ideas that later failed...but of those projects 6 songs that were completely original and different to the usual sounds of a trance/techno artist stuck with me, in fact I could not get those 6 songs out of my head. I worked on them for hours on end and to this day I still believe they could be better. But I took those songs rounded them off and added them to my first album. From there I waited...waited to hear or see how much this page was gonna blow up from hits(I waited 3years and this is all I got), to my displeasing disbelief the page didn't get a whole lot of action only about 900 people came to this site and my songs listened to only about 635 times. I said to myself something must be done I know my music is better than this...it just needs something...something I've been missing...something I can't bring to it myself and when it finally hit me my head exploded I knew what I had to do. I had to find a professional or at least someone who was better known that had a somewhat substantial fan-base and was willing to share his popularity. So I searched, I searched all over the internet and finally I came across Sanxion7 I discovered him in 2008 and I became a huge fan of all his work I downloaded all of it and studied it and realized the he must be the one to add some flavor to my work he had to be the one to remix my music and re-boost my flow fans and traffic to my site. To my surprise Sanxion7 loves to take on such challenges he does this for people all the time in fact he encouraged people to send him stuff to remix because he enjoys doing it. I was thrilled to hear this so I contacted him 2009 and asked if he would remix my music, he replied that he would with pleasure and now we are here waiting for the ultimate revival of Orions18, back from the 3yr cave I was in with nothing else to produce due to lack of motivation you see it's hard to create music for others to listen to when no one is listening...but all that is about to change and you as my fans the very small remaining group of you will be witness to my resurrection. Once I have Sanxion7 remix my previous work I intend on working on new music for my new fans to enjoy. So while you are rocking out to the remixes I will be hard at work so that I have new material to show to my new fans. I cannot wait for this to all work out and I hope everyone stays tuned for the remixes to be posted because I know you guys will freaking love them.
