In the beginning there was Paul Cummings, a guitarist, songwriter, compulsive, who early on shunned the semi-real world as a Boston record producer. After several attempts at recording bands of varying degrees of talent, it seemed his next move would be a personal one. Paul moved to Washington, DC and started a rock and roll band with his estranged cousin and musical matador Matt Cummings. A year of recording and playing various local venues grew the band grew into the incantation No State. No States self titled album is as an engulfing, soulful, and moody rouse with common thread...
