Monolithic was born in '98, Midihead being it's sole creator. When Alphaville came to the USA for the first time to perform, Monolithic was asked to be an opening band. In early 2000 Monolithic released his first album which was received with massive, positive reviews. During the American Synthpop Awards held at SynthCon in Hollywood, Ca. Midihead was awarded "Best Album 2001" by legendary Information Society front man, Kurt Harland. Later that year, Midihead hooked up with publisher Black Toast Music and began writing cues for TV and motion picture. In early 2002 he landed a track in Fox Television's Dark Angel, and then later that year released his sophomore album, "Dividing Asunder". Recently, an exclusive track that appeared on his "Lulling Us to Sleep" MCD was featured in a Matrix Reloaded movie trailer that aired on national TV. He has also remixed many artists, and continues to do so as one of his primary focuses.
