I am a mid-career composer of New Music, Classical & World genre instrumental and vocal pieces, and Theatrical sound washes.

My passion for exploring emotional arcs & tone pictures and working with global music traditions offers me a wide vocabulary for compositional exploration. Much of my music is from cross-media work, such as for theater, dance, music theater and opera formats.

I've written commissions for chamber orchestra, opera, music theater, theater, choirs and for dance which have been performed across the U.S., in Israel, Palestine, Holland, Australia, Japan and Sumatra.
