My name is Mark Alexander Southerland. I was born April 9, 1970 in Beech Grove, Indiana. I am a musician and an artist of several mediums including fine art as well as multimedia.

I served in the United States Marine Corps from 1988-1994 and was involved in the 1991 Persian Gulf war, acting as an infantry team leader. I left the Marine Corps, honorably, as a Sergeant in 1994.

As a musician, I am a guitarist, singer/songwriter and stage performer. My experiences as a stage performer are most notable as the singer/songwriter and guitarist for the rock trio, Dent. Dent shared the stage with several national acts and achieved it's own pinnacle of stardom following a handfull of independant releases, innumerable shows, and live radio and televised performances. I attended art school in Chicago, aquiring an Associates Degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia. I am currently active in the Indianapolis, IN band, ROWCO, for which I sing and play guitar.

just did a review of your track tune. Also listened to a couple others, Stones in the River was a cool track. A guy I went to school with lives in IN now and plays in a band called No More Goodbyes (I think that's their name, it might be the name of a song though).....I'm also originally from IN. Anyway, just wanted to let you know I listened and liked, keep it up.
