The Nephew of Roberto Clemente Walker, student at Performing Arts High School, the AMAS Repertory and The University of Texas at Austin, Lugo began to sing in church at the age of three. He went on to win Showtime at the Apollo and then to co-star on Broadway with Marc Anthony and Ruben Blades in “Paul Simon’s The Capeman". Lugo is also a film actor appearing in “The Children of times Square” with Howard Rollins and at Robert Redford’s Sundance Theatre. As a musician Lugo played Percussion for Christina Aguilera at Radio City Music Hall and headlined at the Jazz Café in London and at the Nuyorican Poets Café in his native New York. Songwriter & Vocalist on the Grammy winning “Just Chillin” by Norman Brown. Songwriter for artists Ronny Jordan, Traci Spencer, Odalis Garcia, Yomo Toro, Judy Torres, Idalis De Leon, and the Holland Tunnel Project, Composer-Producer for the Jay-Z film State Property & MTV Hit Reality TV show Made. Lugo is an Armed Forces Entertainment Artist.

Nephew of Puerto Rican American Philanthropist and National Baseball Hero Roberto Clemente Walker, Nuyorican Recording Artist Lugo began his career on Broadway in Paul Simon’s ‘The Capeman” and at the legendary Apollo Theatre an Undefeated Winner with his R&B signature Latin Soul Sound. Today Lugo is a USO/Armed Forces Entertainment performer. Lugo toured Afghanistan, Korea, Japan, Spain, Italy and other far and remote regions where Americans serve.
