Formed in 2003 by well known artist/painter Downey Burns (a.k.a. Downe Burns). Downey's signature style paintings have been high profile in the 80's, 90's & today.- gracing the sets of television's Melrose Place, 90210 & Suddenly Susan.

Growing up in Lubbock, TX around the family owned college record store made an undeniable impression on Downey. An opportunity to pursue his talent as a painter detoured his musical ambitions but landed him much success in the art community over the past 15 years.

The "Music" has been waiting patiently, but could wait no more. In 2003 Downey set up his recording studio and began writing his music. With his reflective, bittersweet, eclectic and sometimes quirky rhthym and style - fans have taken notice and are asking for more. His first release contains 9 songs and the CD is titled "Chasing Rain".
