LaMoor started in a home recording studio in San Diego. Guitarist/Lead Singer Steve Davis wrote, composed and recorded the instrument parts for their first album These Present Sufferings. He worked with several musicians without success until he found Sean, LaMoor's Drummer. He worked with Sean to compose some new songs and a new form of Industrial Metal. Justin quit another band to join LaMoor soon after. Steve later joined forces with Sonny, LaMoor's Synth player through mutual friends. LaMoor met with Charlie, LaMoor's Lead Guitarist, at Denny's after a show. The band loved her style, personality and musical influence so much that they hired her on the spot. Since then, LaMoor has been working on a full length album and has been touring the San Diego Area.

Sean brings a heaver overtone to the band which drives the Metal end and gives LaMoor a harder edge. Sonny's hip hop and Industrial driven sound has given LaMoor everything it was missing.
