Kular Blynd is a four piece Power House group that carries on the tradition of such great artist as Earth, Wind & Fire , Average White Band , The Commodores and Barry White, but with an added flavor of contemporary
Funk/Rhythm & Blues. Kular Blynd is comprised of four seasoned musicians that in their own right command the same admiration and respect their mentors did during the 70's and 80's before turntables were considered an instrument.
Kular Blynd is based out of a small town in Kentucky just south of the Ohio River where Bluegrass is King. But when these guys were growing up together at the same High School in the early 70's instead of following the grassroots of such classics as Foggy Mountain Breakdown and Rocky Top they were busy "Gettin in the Groove" with hits such as Brick House, Reasons and Super Freak!
After years of duplicating to perfection the songs of their generation Kular Blynd is starting to make a mark of their own. Yes it's true when you listen to their freshman effort simply titled Kular Blynd you will here all the afore mentioned influences but there will also be no denying this group has taken that influence a step further by adding their own style and flavor.
