Kit has been playing guitar and songwriting for a few years now, but only recently started recording and playing live.

The music is lyric-driven, acoustic guitar-based, varied, individual. Kit’s songs and delivery have been compared to Kirsty McColl, Hazel O’Connor, Billy Bragg, Alanis Morrisette, Chrissie Hynde, Nico, Dolores Riordan and Skunk Anansie.

Kit’s début album, The End of the Rainbow, has recently been released. The album is a mixture of pure acoustic songs, and more rock-driven tracks, with additional electric and bass guitars and percussion by Paul Sampson.

Two album tracks, Still and Suicide Note, have been sampled by speedcore fiend Seneca ,and Kit is currently working on a cross-genre collaboration with UK rapper Deep Impakt.

Kit is also involved in a charity project with singer-songwriter Dylan Yeates, who plans to release a multi-artist acoustic album, in aid of the Emmanuel Children’s home in Cluj Napocca, Romania.
