Southern born (Atlanta), but raised in Miami, Kafalai claims both as his homes. "I'm from the MIATL, because both taught me different things about life". This shows in his versatility with sound, both as an artist and as a producer. "It's more about mood. Sometimes when you are in a bad mood, the right song can change your whole perspective. So, I make music to fill all of the moods a person experiences in life, because sometimes you need to vibe to R+B smoothness, and sometimes, you want to get crunk in the club".
Having featured on tracks as an artist with industry bigs such as Anthony Hamilton and Raekwon, as well as produced tracks for Mr.Vegas and The East Coast Ryders, Volume 3, 4, & 5 and developing some of Miami's hottest up and coming talent Kafalai is quickly making his name known, yet it hasn't affected his down-to-earth but passionate demeanor.
