Sing like an Angel!That's my basis a messenger, I may not have a voice like an Angel, but my hope is to pass along a message through the songs that I write.Very young I found music to be a window to a world of expressionism.If we really Love music then it's hard to fall into a genre ,I believe, because different styles bleed over into one another and is mixed down into your soul forever. I live deep in the woods of southern Illinois with a muse, my husband,Byron Mathis.We have a home studio and he's the BAND,the PRODUCER, and on the most part the COMPOSER. I am a lyrist who sings.We do our own CDs.I usually do the artwork.We do some local stuff and the local radio station Wmok 920 am station plays the song I have entered here so that's a start.We travel to Nashville alot and take in different acts.We are members of NSAI and go to the Bluebird some. We just finished our first video ,which was awesome to do, so thanks for the oppertunity to showcase.
