Haxel Garbini was born in Genoa (Italy) in 1978, he began to play in 1993 in various bands playing psychedelic music, ska-punk, jazz and grind core, doing concerts in Liguria and southern Piedmont.
Between '99 and 2000 he composed music for the cabaret company "Squadrone Avvoltoi".
In 2005, with the band "Ines tremis" published a klezmer-surf Moody Blues coverĀ 
in the compilation "Higher and higher - a tribute to the Moody Blues" by Mellow records.
In 2014 published two songs on the compilation "The date fork seeps the river volume 3" for Nauscopy records and one song on "Independent No.1's vol.3" for W.O.A. Records.
In 2015 published his first LP "Uri" for Snowdonia records.
In 2016 a song from "Uri" was on Un-Herd compilation, attached to the british magazine R2 - Rock'n'Reel.
