Fran is an accomplished songwriter/singer. She continues to write for the radio/television market and writes childrens songs for Lifeway and Brentwood Kids Music, as well. She has had songs recorded by Vikki Carr, Roy Rogers, Dennis Weaver, Margo Smith, Rusty Draper, Don Cherry and others in the US and John Laws in Australia, along with Lena Martell in England. She has had several songs recorded in the foreign market such as Japan, Ireland, etc. In addition, she is a published author. In her spare time, she enjoys painting in oils and watercolor. Her paintings are beginning to sell quite rapidly. At her homebase in Nashville, she entertains at hospitals, nursing homes and contributes her talents to fundraisers. She enjoys tennis, gardening, golf and anything outdoors.
