I am a singer/songwriter/pianist/saxophonist. Although I often perform with others, I am just as comfortable soloing with a piano and microphone, I perform somewhat regularly on weekends to crowds averaging around 400 people. Friends and others who see me perform for the first time are as shocked to find out that I can perform to the level of the "Billy Joels" and "Elton Johns" of the world, as they are to find out that I can do a back-flip off a grand piano.

Eric Hunter, an emerging singer, songwriter and musician, has released his second full-length album, "Alive Again." Both his debut album, "One Step," and the new "Alive Again" album feature a blend of melodic and introspective rock music, ranging from the soulful ballads, "Build a Life" and "Shipwrecked," to the upbeat "Walking Man." While Eric's music endeavors to explore the frailties of the human soul and empathize with the broken-hearted, its ultimate message is one of hope. Although threads of spiritual influence weave their way through both albums, neither album attempts to be a "religious" album per se, so much as a rock album that also happens to explore our capacity to emerge from disappointment and tap into our infinite potential.
