Inspired by her love of diverse musical styles, DJ Noelle began her career while studying music and culture at NYU. In true New York fashion, she immersed herself in the city'ss club culture and went on to host successful weekly parties in Manhattan and Brooklyn. She also hosted "Ritual Groove", a popular radio mix show on 89.1 FM.
DJ Noelle has played at numerous New York and Tri-State area venues past and present, including Limelight, Guernica, The Monkey Bar and APT. She is also an accomplished model and DJ instructor, representing SPIN magazine as a workshop leader/dance music ambassador. Her knack for spinning funky tech house grooves has led Noelle to play dance floors from Paris to Johannesburg, Brooklyn to San Fran. She's even opened a special event for music legend James Brown.
A typical DJ Noelle set may include anything from deep soulful house to funky Chicago jack, from acid tech to house classics, all blended to create a unifying, booty-moving mood and sound.
Getting good music heard is Noelle's ultimate goal... when she’s not behind the decks, she's the A&R director for Stamford, CT based minimal tech label 'Cotopaxi'.
