I am a 26 yr old singer/songwriter from Austin, Texas. I began playing piano at age 12 and realized that I had a gift to just listen to anything and pick it up. Not only did I have an ear for music, I also had the zeal to write. Being self taught I wanted to learn more about the different instruments so I converted to the acoustic guitar.
My genre of music is quite unique. I like to describe it as Neo-Soul with a bluesy-funk feel. I always like to think of music as the inner art that escapes the soul. It without a doubt, finds a way to "woo" the hearts of others regardless of what genre. It is like a craving that never sleeps, dies, or fades away.
For now, I play locally around town and try to stay on the more livey scene. It's done well for me so far but Im looking forward... and forward starts here.
