David Irvine started playing 70's rock n' roll in the late 70's. He has played in bands since high school. He has been writing and recording his original music since the early 80's. David recently released "Safe Harbor", his first full studio album of originals.
As a member of the Winston-Salem, NC band, Yazoo City, David and friends opened shows for Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, The Romantics and Steppenwolf. More recently, David's band, Boot Hill, opened for The Marshall Tucker Band. David now performs regularly in eastern North Carolina with a trio called Canyon. His album, Safe Harbor, is available at CDBaby.com and towerrecords.com.
