Together for well over 2 years now, Dane have survived several personnel changes to get to the incredible line-up they have now.

They are a four-piece based in Central Texas, and an established live show around Dallas, Austin, San Marcos, Waco, and Temple. The members all met at Baylor University in 2003 and began jamming just for fun. Due to the variety of musical tastes and influences, their jams began to turn into very unique, very listenable songs.

Beautiful melodies are backed by grooving guitars and a solid rhythm section. With influnces ranging from Josh Homme to Muse and Jeff Buckley, the result is what can only be dedscribed as "pleasing," and they have managed quite a reputation for entertaining live crowds.

Dane's musical writings are a unique breed and keep an audience wanting more. Things never get boring as each song has the heart and soul of a true music fan.
