Hi Mark, nice to find a "local" neighbour here!! Great work on here, loving Sonny at the mo - Ad
Just heard Clap hands Fall Down. What a great Feel good tune. You really put it all together on that song.
a wise man once said (unofficial quote): "how can I buy your work if it ain't for sale?" I opened some doors, but you need to make this one open on your own. just sayin. . .
Could point PGO - clearly you are that wise man :D I suppose up until now I was just viewing Broadjam as a licensing platform. But having received several comments and now having the time to explore it a bit more I can see there are many more opportunities. I particularly like the community aspect of it - we really don't have any community amongst songwriters/musicians like that in the UK. They seem to be mainly out for themselves and see others as 'competition'. Gonna spend the weekend sorting out my Broadjam and getting more deeply involved.
yeppers - BJam can offer the opportunity to build friendships and collaborations with any number of members. and, best of luck with your new album. cheers - pgo
Hi Mark & Neil! Clap Hands, Fall down is great!
Thanks! Glad you like it... Late here but I'm heading straight over to your songs first thing to take a listen...
What's crack-a-lackin' with you guys?
Hi Michael, great selection of songs - haven't enjoyed anything in this style as much since back in the days of OU812 and Cliffhanger! Keep up the good work...
Thanks man! I'm gonna have to check out Cliffhanger!
Hey Micheal Lee, we set out on a ten thousand town's tour, playing all the VFW's and Legion Halls from here to Mozambique. We were only minutes into our first set when nick, 'whiskey farts' coleman has the brass balls to go and glare down his god damned nose at yours truly... well needless to say i cut that guitar strap off, pulled tight my suspenders of course and then did myself a cincinati bee line right at this fools glaring eyed ass... Now hear this shit, this son of bitch kept right on playing, he didnt blink an eye or bat a lash. he kept right on glaring when he damn well knows that you dont look no rabid junkyard dog in his crazy eyes. well he keeps playing this song even after he sees me coming his way and carrying thunder... so hell yes, I laid it on him... well he and i aint the kind to go in to something sober minded, mind you... But before the show ever even started well we had already done finished off a bottle of cutty sark, burnt two midnite blazers that turned out to be some real potent creeper-cush greens (a terrible truth which was unbeknownst to us prior to it's consumption,) not to mention we had vacuumed up heaps of powdery cocaine with our just our wee little measley nostrils, popped a couple power pills, a few too many blue bloodied womens diet pills, a handful of twin city trucker tranks, five or six vodka martinis shaken and then stirred, huffed gasoline, had jaggerbomb, a jello shot, and a shit and only just minutes before we took the stage at the iola kansas american legion... but if there is one wisdom i've learned my in all my days... it's that a man never turns down the invitation of a Pawhuska Bandido Biker, A Felonious Alfalfa Farmer and a paralytic american man of the military persuassion back room an american legion with a biker and a farmer and a leg-less soldier, another casualty in this awful war against diabetes, well these old timers came outta their wheel chairs and made an elderly ring around us while some fierce ass is being kicked. i'll tell ya the rest another time, -Crawford
so we spilt up the band
went to ihop
slept for 3 days straight in a 85 suburban outside a hardies
decided to go home
regain our senses and try and get the baND back together
maybe do a reunion show
you know we'll just have to see what the public wants kinda thing
I like the way you guys roll! And ya hit the VFW crowd on the head. Lol been there too many times. hahaha
Hey Mark! Clap Hands, Fall Down is awesome bro! Thanks for putting this one up. "No one tells a lie like your sweet mouth" I bet i sing this a thousand times this weekend. Great stuff!!
Great! Thanks Michael - always nice when someone likes something. This album was a labour of love...
I know what ya mean man!
Mark, Don't wait is a trippy cryptic message of Beauty. The world sure is a strange and dangerous place, especially in the Tenderloin. Great work, son. Don't wait to make as many Pals as you can while you still can... - Nick
