Adam This is Mariah's Dad and i can tell you our experience with Tate has been a good one. You will partner with them through the entire process. We chose to use our studio rather than going to theirs because the expense of having the band there came out about the same as using our studio. Everyone we have worked with at Tate has been very responsive to our questions ect. They approved everything our studio did, Mariah worked very closely with the art department on the cover design (she actually received a design mention) and we continue to work with our rep on booking shows. $2000 may seem like alot of money but if you have tried to do any marketing you know that amount of money can be gone in the blink of an eye. We have booked several places plus have done a few interviews because the "label" contacted the places instead of us. I personally feel it is a small price to pay plus you have the opportunity to get your money back. The choice is yours but i can tell you from our experience they have lived up to the contract. hey thanks for your review of "floors". it's just a demo unfortunately we recorded that song with a four track and it's really just a demo so of course the levels would be changed. i'm glad you liked the song and please check us out on facebook or reverbnation if you liked it there's plenty more and different mixes as well. thanks again and take care!!!
