congrats on your placements ..i have been trying and not hearing any feed back at all do you have any tips ? ...
2 tips I can give that helped me out. 1. No fades. This is probably THE most important thing. Tracks should have a definate stop ending. When they edit for shows, they want everything to end with a "sting" or "button ending" 2. Try to avoid using sound effects (swooshes, laser sounds, etc.) I used to do that a lot to try to "fill" in tracks. I have had a lot of tracks not used for these reasons. Oh, one last one, avoid long intro's. Get in and get out. Uptempo/party tracks usually gives you a better chance at placement. Hope this helps. Holla at me if you have any more questions.
