Thanks for your review of my composition "The Bloodlust Suite". I appreciate it! :) And about the sound quality, I know it's not the best; I only used MIDI for it, so it's not the most realistic. I'll be posting a better version with orchestral samples as soon as I am able, which should help it sound MUCH better and more realistic.

Just family, broad range of age groups, its rare when they all like what's selected. We were having a tex mex dish and I wasn't in the mood for accordian, (large family, table talk gets loud..adding accordian... just too much) remembering that your group was from Austin I snuck you in on that basis.
Lol oh ok. Well Tex Mex is tasty, and I'm glad people liked the music. No band by the way, just me plugging away at songs that will undoubtedly never be heard by more than 30 people =)

Thanks for your recent review of "Leaving Sol". This was intended as a soundtrack for a portion of a film short so having the mix back was indeed intentional. Thank you though, even if a mix isn't your cup of tea its helpful as an artist for me to know what you are hearing. Thanks again
Yea no problem, I know mix comments are not always useful. Sometimes I mix something perfect to my ears and someone else craps all over it :)
If you have a chance to review any more of my stuff by all means mix comments, composition comments, instrumentation, its all fair game, especially when you hear something you don't like, seems out of place whatever. Its being posted for review for a reason. The worst kind of BJ review is the low marks with no explanation right?
