Hi J Nelson!! Thank you sooo much for your wonderful comments, thrilled to hear that it spoke to you so profoundly, this is always my hope whenever someone listens, that it inspires and lifts them in some way. I'm as always humbled by your words and deeply grateful for your feedback and support, means so much, thank you my friend!! Forgive my delay in responding, my life is on fast forward these days with much on my plate, but reading your thoughts always touches my heart. I would so love to share the story about this song and all the synchronicity that went along with recording it and how it all ties in with John Lennon and my "world peace movement" project that I'm finally almost ready to launch, but it's a long one and I'd have to do a Skype or phone chat to do it justice. At some point I'd love to give you all the details as it's been such a "God Thing" the way it's happened and I know you would appreciate it. I do feel that the spirit of John Lennon and maybe even George Harrison was with us when we recorded this song as all my musicians would make reference to him every time we were in a session and none of them knew about my project or the point of writing and recording this song except to put a message out for the world to awaken. The fact that you picked up a Beatle element is very telling to me and a conformation of sorts. I will let you know when I get the site launched, which hopefully will be next month, assuming that now is right timing and in alignment with God's timing. Hi J Nelson, sorry for my delay in responding! Thank you sooo much for the kind words, again you've lifted me up and made my day!! We all get busy so no worries in your delay, I'm just grateful for such a special response to my music. I think God nudged you to share this with me as your timing couldn't be more profound. Last month I was in a very bad car accident and it messed me up quite a bit, not my fault, car was totaled. I'm world's better now than I was thank God, but it was the most brutal start to the new year than could have imagined, I'm lucky I'm still here. Because of this I've had to push my launch date for the website. The week of my accident I was going to record the intro video for it and had just gone back into the studio to record a new song called "Bring Peace"...everything stopped. I know God works in mysterious ways and that there is a much higher reason for all of this but it's been quite a challenge to get my focus back and pull up so I can launch hopefully by the end of the month. I'm getting a lot of confirmation and synchronicity about this project being perfect timing in lieu of what's playing out in the world, so I know it's all about surrendering to God's perfect plan for this. I will certainly send you the link so you can check it out and hopefully upload any songs that you feel fit the genre. I know how hard it is to get your music recorded in the way you hear it, I walk in those shoes too. My producer cut his rate for me so that makes it more do-able but I still can't get in and record as much as I'd like, so you're not alone. One other thought to you, every time I received a message from you was when I was questioning my music, so you really are an angel to think in those moments of sending me a pat on the back, it gave me new perspective and has helped me more than you know, what a blessing you are!! I pray you are being lifted up yourself and that your music is being placed in the hands of all those who need to be lifted up and inspired by it, you are special people J Nelson:)

I've had an unexpected house guest for the past 5 days which proved to be very distracting and she just left today so my life can get back on track! Thank you so much for your concern and good wishes, that alone helps me heal. I'm getting better everyday, but I have been very frustrated in being sidelined just when I was getting momentum. I'm truly grateful too for our new found friendship and have to smile at the way the Lord works to connect us all in ways we least expect. Hi J Nelson, you are so sweet to write me again on my other song "There He'll Be" you just made my day my friend!! I'm elated to hear it touched you so much and to know that you can relate to that joy when writing something inspired by the Lord. Clearly he was very much present on this song and that was the feeling in the studio when we did this. It had an energy about it that was indisputable. Thank you for listening, for giving me such a stellar review, means so much especially being this song. Funny thing is, I kept getting in the top 10 here on Broadjam with the instrumental of this song, but seemed to fall on deaf ears with the vocal/lyrical version, maybe I just have to put it in the right market. I recorded this with my producer Rich McCulley in his home studio in North Hollywood, CA. I live in Torrance on the coast, which is basically LA. My session guys are all heavy weights, they've toured with a lot of name artists and are just a great bunch of guys that always resonate with my work which is such a plus, I'm lucky I found them. You are on the east coast I think? I'm certainly more than happy to connect you with Rich, if you want to ask him any questions on how we recorded this. As for the grand ending of the song, I wanted to take people on a musical journey that was different than what I would normally write and I heard this whole passage at the end, shared it with Rich and told the guys what I was hearing and little by little we put it together. I'm getting ready to go back in and do another song called "Bring Peace" and it will have a musical interlude building up at the end. I'm getting ready to launch a website next month called "I N L I G H T M E D I A" and it's a world peace movement inspired by music from Visionary/Indie singer songwriters who write songs to bring a message of hope and peace to the world. Songs that inspire, uplift, unify, comfort and heal. I believe that music can transform the world just by it's vibration and message, helping humanity to see themselves, each other and the world differently, much like John Lennon's song "Imagine" did and continues to do. We are looking for songs that one day could be as Iconic as that song and others that have lifted us up.
