Graeme, Have to say I think your review of When You Said Goodbye was quite unfair. I think the song deserves much higher than a 37/50. By way of example, 3 for market potential. It is presently in 2 different catalogs under non-exclusives and is on hold for a pivotal scene in a movie. 4 for quality of instrumentation... Nashville touring musicians and session players the best country players in the world. Quality of Vocal Pitch 4...Mike Lusk has spot on pitch in every song he sings including this one. Quality of lyrics 3... I could go on. I am glad publishers and the Broadjam community disagree with you. It is on the Earth Top Ten and many others today. You won't make any friends here if you aren't honest and fair in your reviews.

Hi Brian,
My sincere apologies. I went back to listen and I have to agree with your assessment. That really is a beautiful song, I don't know where my head was when I listened to it the first time. I'm new to reviewing songs. I guess it just didn't grab me the first time I listened to it but on a second listen it is really well put together. I believe I was fair in that it was what I thought at the time - I don't go out of my way to offend and see no advantage in trying to do someone down. It was not my intention to offend. Music is very subjective and sometimes depends on your mood and other factors. You are always going to get varying opinions - I've had some real swings in reviewers opinions of my songs - although I wouldn't put myself anywhere near your level of talent or have the resources you have at your disposal. I wish you all the best with the Movie opportunity.
