CJ, thanks for your review of St. James Infirmary. This was our short version, our buddy's original was almost 8 minutes long....incredible performance piece. Leslie and I are former Austinites. Back in the early 90's we formed THE KILLER TOMATAHS and toured all over the place. Now we are "retired" to Mexico where we continue to write, record and produce CDs of great local talent including British Bluesman Peter Pope Jones whose work you just reviewed. I miss Austin, Huts, the Paramount Theater that Leslie helped House Manage, and Esther's Follies. One of our tunes on Broadjam is an ode to the women of Sixth Street, AUSTIN WOMEN. We also produce musical events down here in San Carlos at one of the major hotels. We are planning a Night of Blues sometime in June.

Very nice, I loves me some Austin. If I were to leave it would probably be to south of the border as well, I love Belize too. Keep up the great work. I just found out that Chris Layton, SRV's drummer is going to be drumming on my newest releases, scheduled for a July release. I would be interested in your comments on the music. Take care and Que te vaya bien. Cheers.

Thanks for the review!!
The mix is how I like it, the 'swells' are where I want them, the drum machine is supposed to be a drum machine, and an 80's B movie would have done me fine!
All the best.
