Christine Lucas has the rare convergence of qualities that create the

Christine Lucas is currently writing and recording her second solo
album with Boston/LA based producers Leo Mallace and Steve Catizone.
Christine independently released her debut dance/pop/rock solo artist
album, "Surrender," in which she co-wrote all songs. While
promoting "Surrender," Christine performed at some of the hottest
live music venues in New York City and Miami. After her independent
release, Christine was nominated by the American Society of Composers,
Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) as one of New York's up and coming
songwriters and was invited to participate in an ASCAP songwriting
workshop with other talented, emerging artists and songwriters.

Prior to her solo artist projects, Christine Lucas' love of DJ's
and electronic dance music inspired her to record with countless
producers and DJs in New York, Miami, London, and LA. Christine was
featured singing "Be There," her first dance/house music single, on
E! Television's "Wild On Ibiza." "Be There" was released on
the UK dance label, Virtual Records. Christine also recorded with
Strictly Rhythm's internationally acclaimed duo Razor and Guido, and
performed with them at a KTU Anniversary party at the Roxy in New York
City. Christine is also featured with Miami based label, SFP Records'
musical group Raccoon, where she co-wrote and sang on two singles on
their album, Universal Vibes, entitled "Come Alive (Don't Be
Afraid)" and "Beautiful Smile." "Beautiful Smile" went on to
be licensed to at least ten different mixed CD compilations throughout
the world, including the popular chill out series, Café Del Mar.
Additionally, "Beautiful Smile" was featured in the film, "True
Vinyl" from Mistral Pictures. Christine can also be found singing her
single, "House of Luv" on Koch Records' chill out compilation,
"From The Hamptons to Ibiza, which she co-wrote with Grammy winner
producer, Ernie Lake.

In addition to her original music credits, Christine Lucas has been
employed for the last ten years as a singer and performer with some of
the most sought after cover music party bands in the New York and
Boston areas. Her repertoire includes over 100 of the most popular
songs throughout the ages in a wide variety of genres.

Christine Lucas has been in the music business for most of her life.
Born and raised in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Christine
knew at age 8 that she wanted to be a professional singer and has been
performing ever since. After meager beginnings as a child soloist in
church choirs, countless musical productions, and leads in high school
rock and roll productions, she continued her vocal training studying
classical voice and American Pop at The George Washington University,
where she minored in voice. After college she moved to sunny Miami,
Florida where she sang in a Jazz band on both South Florida coasts.
Here, she recorded her first single, John Chapman's "Close Your
Eyes," which hit the local jazz charts and received radio play. She
then moved to New York City to continue to evolve and develop her
extensive music career.
