The Buffali are a bombastic acoustic indie-pop duo. Featuring wacky vocal interplay and catchy melodies, this irreverent girl/guy outfit sings songs about everything from heartbreak to alien abduction. Clyde Stubblefield calls the Buffali "one of the best artists in Wisconsin."

Their music incorporates influences ranging from the Beatles to the blues, with a healthy dose of country and a quirk reminiscent of the Violent Femmes thrown in. The duo brings an infectious glee to their entertaining live show, combining originals with an eclectic mix of covers from hip-hop to oldies.

The Buffali tour nationally, and have appeared at the Knitting Factory in NYC, 2005 Wisconsin Film Festival, with the Bastard Sons of Johnny Cash, the Ditty Bops and Those Darn Accordions. They will play at Wakarusa 2006.
