Matt Zimbelmann regularly works as a composer, film composer, recording artist, producer and performer. To his credit are several film and theater scores, as well as the Brunswick Award for Excellence in Composition, awarded by The City College of New York, where he studied with premier American composer David del Tredici, and had many of his pieces performed and recorded by the Musicians' Accord. Matt worked as Music Coordinator with composer John Lurie on the Sony Pictures Classics film Manny and Lo, and is currently scoring the film Boxcar Symphony.
