Bob Palumbo: A Musical Journey

What started out as a dream, when The Beatles first stepped off the plane at JFK to appear on Ed Sullivan has lead to an adventure that has lasted over 40 years and covered the entire musical spectrum from Rock and Pop in the 70s, over to Christian Music through most of the 80s and now to Modern Country Music into the 90s and beyond. I have recorded 2 albums for release (although they never actually got released)...and numerous self-recorded projects and demos all meant to get me into position to get a record deal or have someone with a major record deal record my songs....and yes...I'm still waiting for "the Big Break" to happen....and I still believe that it will!!! What has resulted from this journey is well over 200 songs....I've played hundreds of gigs in everywhere from bars (with two or three customers.. probably drunk and on the make...to concerts with well over a thousand people watching...I met many great people and have too many great memories to count. I wouldn't trade my experiences for the world...to some degree...I guess I've lead a charmed life....but I still believe something bigger is down the road...and so I continue to write and record...and shop my songs to anyone that will listen.
