Hey Bill Boik,

I recently listened to your music on Broadjam and really enjoyed your sound, I noticed your sound has strong potential for licensing and wider industry exposure.
One thing I've noticed from working with independent artists is that great music alone is not enough on Broadjam. But Visibility, Accurate metadata, Targeted submissions, and external traffic all play a big role in getting noticed by music supervisors and opportunity providers.
I help artists:
Optimize their Broadjam profile for discovery
Match the right songs to the right licensing opportunities
Increase plays, reviews, and chart visibility
Drive external audience traffic to strengthen industry credibility

My focus is simple, helping your music stand out and improving your chances of placements and real opportunities.
If you are open to it, I do be happy to take a quick look at your profile and share a few ideas you can use right away. i would welcome a brief Chat At>> Patrickumeshsocial@gmail.com

Best regards,

Hi. Thank you. I would welcome any thoughts and ideas. I've only been writing songs for about a year now, so I am new at this. I've just started getting them out there with Spotify and Amazon Music in the last month or so. I have a catalogue of 15 songs right now and will release one or two new ones the next few months. Most of my songs are inspired by current political events and I am working on one for the 250th Anniversary that I will release in May.

Bill

Hi Bill,
Thanks for getting back to me.

To be specific and transparent.. After reviewing your Broadjam profile, here's what I noticed:

>Your strongest licensing-ready tracks are not fully optimized for keyword discovery
>Some metadata categories are limiting visibility in supervisor searches
>There are submission opportunities your catalog could qualify for with minor positioning adjustments
>Your profile traffic doesn't yet reflect the quality of your production

This is actually very common with strong independent artists.

What I typically do is:
Full Broadjam audit (SEO + metadata alignment)
Licensing positioning strategy (what fits film/TV vs what fits ads)
Opportunity targeting plan
(internal + external traffic signals)

If you would like, I can put together a focused action plan for you and implement it.
The service fee is $97_$125 it depends (flat rate).

Let me know if you do like me to outline the scope and timeline.

Best Regard,
Patrick

Thanks. Since I'm not making anything and have no idea how effective what you do will be, yet $125 is a little steep. I'll have to think about it. I'm also adding new songs each month. Bill

Hi Bill,
I completely understand, especially since you are still early in monetizing your catalog.
Let me frame it a little differently.
Right now!, you're in the most important phase of your music journey, the foundation stage. The way your catalog is structured today will determine how discoverable and licensable it becomes as you keep releasing monthly.
When artists wait until they're "making money," they often have to go back and fix 20-30 songs retroactively. That's more expensive and time consuming.

Since you are consistently adding new material, what I'm really offering is not just a one time tweak. It's a positioning blueprint you can apply to every song you release going forward.

That said, I want this to feel comfortable for you.
Here are two ways we could approach it:
Option 1 >Mini Optimization Review $75
>Audit of your 3 strongest tracks
>Metadata + licensing positioning adjustments
>Anniversary release strategy outline
>Template you can reuse for future songs

Option 2>Full Catalog Optimization _$125
>Review of all current tracks
>Broadjam profile restructuring
>Licensing alignment scoring
>Visibility roadmap for future releases
>Outside traffic Signal
If you are unsure, the $75 option might be a good way to test the value first.

Either way, I genuinely believe your political niche + upcoming 250th Anniversary release has strategic potential if positioned correctly.

Let me know which direction feels right.

Best Regard,
Patrick

I can probably do the Option 2 - $125 in a couple of weeks, but I would want it to include my full catalogue and the 250th Anniversary song when it is released in May.

Hi Bill,
That sounds perfectly reasonable.

Yes!, the $125 Full Catalog Optimization will include:

>Your entire current catalog.
>Full Broadjam profile restructuring.
>Licensing alignment scoring.
>Visibility roadmap.
>Strategic positioning for the 250th Anniversary release once it's live in May

Since you're planning to move forward in a couple of weeks, here is what I suggest:

To lock in the full catalog inclusion "including the May release", I can reserve your project slot with a 50% deposit now $62.50, and we'll complete the balance when we begin the optimization phase in May.
This way:
>Your rate is secured
>Your spot is scheduled
>We can begin preliminary review before the Anniversary release drops
>The final strategy includes everything seamlessly
Let me know if that works for you, and I'll send over the simple agreement and payment details.
Looking forward to helping you position this the right way.

Best Regard,
Patrick
