I play guitar and sing and write songs.
I am everywhere and anywhere when it comes to writing a song. I tend to write about people or situations, a lot of the time keeping things light hearted. At other times the songs are more about feelings or philosophical queries. Then there are the moments of inspiration, when a song just comes to you a line at a time, or complete and finished. I would say I'm Folky/Country/Rock.

The Manchineel Tree is a pretty good song, unfortunately, the vocals are flat. It might behoove you to have another vocalist. The harmony part was very fuzzy and poorly recorded. I would not characterize this song as folk, but Hawaiian style. Where does the tree grow?

Jeff - you've got some very cool stuff on here. If you're interested in collaborating, I've got a bunch of lyrics looking for melodies. Grimbo.
