A man has the loveliest of intentions for the girl of his dreams and describes her as if she is "just like the movies". This almost unattainable love becomes real when he sees her dancing but then can't approach her, the same way you fall in love with someone on the movie screen but can't quite tell her. He gets her at the end and lets her know that even now she's too beautiful to be real and he is constatnly entertained by her, just like the movies.

I have a place in my heart and head for an unattainable woman just like everyone views movie stars on the screen. When I watch movies of Marilyn Monroe, I want to reach through the screen and tell her that I love the way she moves and everything else about her but I can't and one day I'm going to meet a girl that will have the same effect. After you lose something that has become part of you who are, you find yourself calling out for not only the person that you lost, but for the person that she brought out of you as well. After that calling out, there is a lot of confusion and this song is the transition from those two stages

It's amazing the we play a role in a universe that has been inexistence long before us and will be here long after us. The important concept is the acknowledgment of our role.

This is was what came out of my guitar and myself the more I learned about the world we live in and the world possible, outside of what we see everyday.
