Alan Brock is a singer, songwriter, and music producer from NYC. He has recorded albums, scored 2 independent films and is currently working on the music for a documentary, and has played guitar and sung in several bands.

With his band Lunchin', an eclectic mix of Indian rhythms, acoustic guitar and melodic alternative pop, he became immersed in the New York antifolk scene, playing numerous gigs in the east village and lower east side and producing two albums before disbanding in 2003. During that period and since, Alan has amassed a large catalog of songs in many genres including rock, pop, country and film scoring/instrumental music.

He runs his own production company and recording studio (Carved in Sound Music) and likes to work with and produce up and coming singer/songwriters to help them shape their sound, their vision and their image.

Alan Brock is a singer, songwriter, and music producer from New York City and has been writing, performing and engineering music for over 10 years now. In 1999 he formed the band Lunchin’, an eclectic mix of Indian rhythms, acoustic guitar and melodic alternative pop, where he became immersed in the New York antifolk scene, playing numerous gigs in the east village and lower east side. Alan wrote songs, sang and played guitar, and produced and engineered two albums for Lunchin’ before they disbanded in 2004. During that period and since, Alan has amassed a large catalog of songs in many genres including rock, pop, country and orchestral/instrumental.

He runs his own production company and recording studio (Carved in Sound Music) where he records his solo projects and produces score and rock/pop music for film and TV. He also produces up and coming singer/songwriters, helping them shape their sound, their vision and their image. Recently he can be seen playing solo shows and with his band in the New York area as well as playing guitar for many of the artists he produces.
