The New Era is an acronym that I use as an artistic identity. (But which initially began with several high school friends from Long Island, NY). I consider myself a prolific songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose music bridges the emotional storytelling of Progressive Country (for instance) with the atmospheric textures of Dream Pop, Indie Pop, and Pop/Rock. Though I have spent years working outside the public performance circuit, I have quietly built a rich catalog of genre-blending songs-each one rooted in heartfelt lyricism and crafted with precision. Drawing from a wide range of influences, I try to create my compositions to reflect a deep understanding of melody, mood, and narrative. And I just love to delve into fusing together acoustic warmth with ambient synths and pop sensibilities to make my work both sync-ready and emotionally resonant; and really dig producing my own tracks with a hands-on, intuitive approach...
