GENO-G
? born in Oakland Ca and raised in North Stockton Ca, began writing songs in 1989 at the early age of 12. He began performing local talent shows upon entering High School and recording in a local studio with several other acts. In 1996 Geno began performing at a local Junior College in Stockton between classes and helped run the college radio station. 2002 marked the release of his first EP titled 'Where Is Game From' which soon followed up with his first music video that aired on a local access TV show called Valley Streets; A thirty minute segment designed to give local artists an opportunity to showcase their talent. The following year Geno received airplay on 97.7 KWIN hosted by the late Rick Chase who showcased local talent during AM hours. In 2005 Geno hooked up with Grimmy Scribs Productions and was a cameo in his first movie called Hood Hitterz. In Nov. of 2009 Geno completed his first full length album titled after his label 'G Class Music' available at www.Geno-G.com.
With the new year coming in Geno has begun working on a mixtape which he expects to have completed by summer of 2010. He is also in the process of writing music video scripts for the 'G Class Music' project along with local performances to promote the album and will appear in his first commercial by spring.
Over the years Geno has become the obvious choice for an original feel in underground rap music. With slick talk, complete concepts and a unique sound, Geno's gifts with words and art form have granted him the ability to be very versatile. Yet not without a sense of purpose and/or responsibility. He values himself as a true artist. One who lets his creative music and originality speak for itself while constantly seeking growth.
