Alexis Marx is an alternative rock songwriter whose music lives somewhere between raw confession, dark humor, resilience, and everyday chaos. Her songs are built around vivid details, conversational lyrics, strong hooks, and stories that feel lived rather than polished into perfection. The catalog ranges from emotional piano and alternative-rock ballads to sarcastic pop-rock, heavier anthems, and intimate story songs. Drawing from family, relationships, survival, memory, motherhood, and the strange humor found in difficult lives, Alexis writes songs meant to make listeners recognize pieces of their own stories. She is focused primarily on songwriting, recording, licensing, and creating music for both her own releases and potential outside artists.
