Story Behind The Song
About how hard we work just to stay afloat. This one is for the middle class, the working class.
Song Description
I was looking at how hard we work just to stay afloat, and I started thinking about the middle class in America disappearing, and how hard people are working to put their kids through school and keep food on the table. It's not so much about trying to keep up with the Joneses, it's more about bearing witness, seeing the people kicking ass and also struggling, making it happen even though they have so little.

Lyrics
I know all about you
I see you
I know all about you
I see you
You slide thru the cracks
No one care notice
You slide thru the cracks
No one dare notice
Just who you are
Who you are
I work hard
To try and keep it all afloat
Burnin it up from the inside
I hear it calling to me now
You work, work all the time
Cause rent is too damn high
You work, work all the time
Cause rent is too damn high
But you are the glue
That holds this world together
You are the glue
That holds this world together
It's just who you are
Who you are
Singing I work hard
To try and keep it all afloat
Burnin it up from the inside
I hear it calling to me now
Run run run thru the orchard
Run run run from the wolves in my head
Run run run from the Joneses
And just keep it all afloat
Keep it all afloat
More than enough
But we want more
More than enough
For everyone
Oh I work hard
To try and keep it all afloat
I'm burnin it up from the inside
I hear it calling to me now
I will run run run thru the orchard
Run run run from the wolves in my head
Run run run from the Joneses
And just keep it all afloat
Keep it all afloat
Who you are
Just who you are
I see you
