George Vala was initially commissioned to write this piece for Suntory Whiskey alongside reknown shakuhachi player, Douzan Yamamoto. The extended version is played regularly in the lobby of the new Tokyo Midtown Project Museum in downtown Roppongi, Tokyo and the video was featured in the 2007 Shanghai Film Festival.
