This was one of my favorite projects at camp. Everyone got to make a hand drum with rawhide and a wooden frame. The drums were hung up to dry in the lodge and they came alive as the rawhide tightened. We taught a couple songs and all drummed together in the lodge. It was loud and awesome. The kids LOVED it! That was the last camp of 2013 and the last camp we had DOJ funding to operate. Hopefully next year we will find funding! Buckets of Rain is a song by Bob Dylan, recorded by Austen Brauker in 2011.
