Waxing Pathetic's influences range from the Beatles to the Clash, Pink Floyd to the Buzzcocks, Link Wray to the Pixies and Undertones, Hank Williams to X, the Velvet Underground to the Minutemen and Husker Du as well as bands like XTC, the Beach Boys, Gang of Four, and the Psychedelic Furs.
