Story Behind The Song
From my grandfather's saying "This too shall pass" comes the opeing line, "This will go the way of the wind..." , this being the daily struggles that sometimes overwhelm our lives. But simply to have someone call or reach out in a time of depression can cause you to remember that all things pass and that only love survives it all.
Song Description
A reassuring voice in the night during a dark time of the soul is sometimes all that's needed to reconnect with life and hope and love.

Lyrics
Love Will Survive
(Verse)This will go the way of the wind,
The way of the hopeless, the fallen and faded
Out of the ashes, the smoke and the fire
I know Love will survive...
(Chorus)For right here on the edge of unraveling night,
Your voice, my savior, rescues the night
Weaving your way through the tangle of lies
And soothing the edges of jagged night
(Verse)You help me when darkness swallows my life
You help me when thundering shadows collide
You help me to know in the dark before light
That love will survive...
(Chorus) For right here on the edge of unraveling night
Your voice, my savior, rescues the night
Weaving your name through the tangle of lies
And soothing the edges of jagged night
...love will survive
