There are many definitions for the word shine, the message from this song looks at two, the first one being 'If people shine out, they are noticeable because they are very good' this fits with most people who stand out in sport, business, etc, but not everyone fits into that category, so I looked at the second definition 'If quality shines out of someone, it is strong and easy to see' This fits with everyone and we all have opportunities that will come our way and benefit us as individuals or within our social lives. Put them together everyone has their moment to shine.
