Story Behind The Song
As you can imagine, this is a personal favorite of mine. I wrote this song while Monica and I were dating. Monica and her parents took a
trip to Boston and left me behind to house sit. I, of course, missed Monica so I wrote this song. I wrote and played it as a rock-n-roll
song since I knew I would be happy to see her. She came home with one of her worst allergy attacks ever and in her own words "I did not
look very good". This did not deter me from serenading her with my song anyway! Monica has always enjoyed the fast version.
The slow version is here because Jeannine thought the lyrics were so romantic that we should see how this turned out. I agreed and many people think this is one of the finest songs on the album. If you want to set the mood guys...

Lyrics
Verse 1
1 You're looking good to me tonight.
2 Your eyes are diamonds, sparkling bright.
3 You radiate from head to toe,
4 Such intense beauty it can't help but show
5 You're looking good to me tonight!
Verse 2
1 You're looking good to me tonight.
2 The sun and moon and stars can't compete with your light!
3 Your beauty is a dazzling me so,
4 But I see enough to let the whole world know
5 You're looking good to me tonight!
Bridge

3 And now you're back home and I thought you'd like to know
4 Just how good you look to this boy who loves you so!
