Story Behind The Song
This song was originally in Chris and Danny's other band, Palida Moros, but that band never got anywhere, so Danny adopted to fit the sound of The Formics, so here it is.
Song Description
This song is a social commentary on how people are told from the beginning to go to school, go to college, get a degree, get a job, get a husband/wife, then you can be happy. People's lives are so preplanned, and freeze-dried that no one knows what they really want, and so they end up unhappy when they're 40 and end up doing stuff they regret.

Lyrics
*Original Song*
(Verses)
Shut up, listen, do as you're told.
Our lives are thawed from concentrate.
You plunge into the "great unknown"
Where solitude is nowhere to be found
Become a nameless face in a lifeless world.
Begging for the time you want back
Completely lost, no hope for love
Early onset existential attack
Chorus
Begging for our time to let go
Carefree days have had their chance
When angry fathers grab their guns
And girlfriends find a new romance
Broken lives are torn and passed,
Forgotten and embraced
I will tear apart this world
To find you in the one place I have left
