Dentistry in the 70s

Story Behind The Song

An actual trip to the dentist in the 1970s.

Song Description

A memory of being held down in the dentist's chair and being administered laughing gas. Falling asleep and dreaming I was on a TV show where I was offered the job of Messiah. I turned it down, knowing I was not brave enough to deal with the pain of those I loved.
