Story Behind The Song

I was driving home along a country road at night and the road was very narrow and winding. I had young driver behind me trying to get pass when it was impossible to pass on the road without risking your life. He had his music in his car so loud I could hear in over my own stereo. I could see him in my rear view mirror and he was banging his head on his stearing wheel in frustration. Eventually he pulled out on a bit of straight road to overtake me nearly colliding with a car coming the other way and was then sat behind the car that was in front of me!! I flashed my lights at him to ask if he would like to pull over and discuss what a twat he was and he turned down a side street and drove away! So this song is the story of that escapade called where are you going?
