Story Behind the Song

Trouble was a neighbour's dog I remembered from my youth- while growing up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan -Years later I remembered him and wrote the song about him He was a wiry terrier who got in a lot of trouble but was so cute he got away with it

Lyrics

(Chorus)
I've got a dog and his name is Trouble
T-R-O-U-B-L-E
If you see him coming You'll say
Trouble's on the run
Spell it T-R-O-U-B-L-E
Argh-argh-argh-argh-argh argh-h-h
Here comes Trouble

If you polish up the floor
And you open up the door
Here comes Trouble on the double on the run
With muddy Paws
Bad Dog!!I

I've got a dog and his name is Trouble
T-R-O-U-B-L-E
If you see him coming You'll say
Trouble's on the run
Spell it T-R-O-U-B-L-E
Argh-argh-argh-argh-argh argh-h-h
Here comes Trouble

Has anyone seen my new slippers? Oh NO
