Apparently purposefully written as a soundtrack or mood piece for film or TV - not a pop song with lyrics - in that sense it does very very well to set a mood -- like some montage where character is busy doing something productive or moving forward or some activity that is positive... the instrumentation is excellent, the mix and arrangement is excellent, the song staying subtle and not distracting with a melody or lead while holding the mood is actually an artform in itself for this type of production.
